Problems with the site look

For some reason this site has run out of Bandwidth on googlepages which serves our style sheets. How thats happened so soon for such small files is surprising.
I will look for another free higher bandwidth free host for those files.

EDIT: Most Issues should be fixed now. I have embedded the css into the blog so that even if the account is overused, the basic layout of the blog remains.
