Photographer René Habermacher portrays a turbulent relationship in the August 2010 issue of L'Officiel Paris with the editorial Tension starring Adrian Wlodarski and Cato van Ee. Stylist Akari Endo-Gaut and hair artist Karin Bigler add a 60s touch to the moody editorial.

Photographer René Habermacher was commissioned a while back by The Greek Ministry of Culture to do these promotional images for Medea2, the revival of the 1993 dance retelling of the Greek Medea myth by director and visual artist Dimitris Papaioannou. Tribes by René Habermacher | Sang Bleu

Julius Gerhardt by René Habermacher | Santorini

 

The Greek volcanic islands of Santorini are in vogue these days. After seeing them in the latest issue of Best Fashion, they provide the setting for the cover shoot of the new issue of PEN magazine. The editorial is shot by René Habermacher, styled by Takafumi Kawasaki, and features newcomer Julius Gerhardt alongside someone I can’t recognize. More after the jump.
