Born in 1946, Swiss photographer Walter Pfeiffer is an iconic artist whose work stretches from the early 1970s to the pages of recent issues of Vogue Hommes Int’l, Electric Youth!, Butt and i-D. Pfeiffer’s images and style have undoubtedly influenced the work of some of the most celebrated photographers of today, from Juergen Teller to Wolfgang Tillmans and Ryan McGinley. I was introduced to the work of photographer Jeff Marano via his book Eros, a beautiful collection of homoerotic images. Besides their sensuality, the naturally-lit images drew me in with their playfulness and the connection with the models. Whether it is sensual and sexy or classic and classy, photographer Arnaldo Anaya-Lucca knows how to showcase the beauty of his models in an engaging way. Originally from Puerto Rico, Arnaldo moved to America in 1974, where he divides his time between NYC and Miami.
